Benefit of Visual Workflows

One of the outcomes I always provide with a consultancy project is a visual representation of the system workflow of a business. 👁

Mapping out system workflows can be a crucial step in improving efficiency and identifying areas for optimization within a business. By visualizing the flow of tasks and information, it becomes easier to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, as well as to identify opportunities for automation. I've seen clients who've worked within a workflow daily and still learn more about it once the workflow is visualized and in front of them!

In addition, well-documented workflows can serve as a valuable reference for new employees, helping them to understand how the system operates and where their role fits in. This reduces the chances of errors and help the employee gain clarity faster as they ease into their role, whether it be a junior or C-suite role 👏

Overall, taking the time to map out system workflows can pay dividends in the form of improved productivity and a clearer understanding of processes for all team members.

👐 I'm open for new projects this year when it comes to Product Management, Systems/Business Analysis. Message me if you're curious! 🤓

Below are examples of system workflows.
